Off hook tone in Concord/ Farragut TN

This is what the off hook tones in Concord TN sounded like. it was with this phone company called Concord Telephone Exchange Inc. What kind of a noise is this? What is the technical name for this off hook tone? Please let me know. Thank you.

This is the way that the telephone permanent signal aught to be like in the future for all phone companies. Like start off with the beeping noise for nice sounds and if no one here's the beeping noise. Then the medium pitch sound can start because it will start off soft and get louder. so incase ssomeone could be in another part of the house, they can know that there phone is off the hook
