Did and of the TDS Telecome offices have this off hook tone

Did any of the TDS Telecom offices have this off hook tone? There was one phone company they bought out with this off hook tone but did they keep it or change it out? I still wanna know what kind of off hook tone this was and what the technical name for this off hook tone is. Please let me know. Thank you.
