Did any of the TDS Telecom offices have this off hook tone?

Did any of the TDS Telecom offices have this off hook tone? There was a telephone company that they bought out with this off hook tone. But did they keep this off hook tone or did they change it out? I still wanna know what kind of off hook tone this is and what the technical name for this off hook tone is. Please let me know. Thank you.
