The fast beeping noise for the off hook tone incase someone is near by to for a nice sound. Then the medium pitch sound for the second off hook tone incase no one is near by to hear the beeping sound first. The medium pitch sound starts out low and gets louder. The medium pitch sound you can hear all over the house.
