Was this off hook tone rare in the USA? I have hardly saw any ATT/Philps Tel 5ESS-PBX Host switches in the USA but little parts. So was this off hook tone rare in the US? I still wanna know what kind of off hook tone this was and what the technical name for this off hook tone was. Please let me know. Thank you.
